question- does anyone ever smile anymore? don't get me wrong, the artistic emo look is great, but it IS for Christmas, right? shouldn't everyone be smiling? ...Jesus was born! it's hard to look at you guys seriously after seeing you play in michigan with short shorts and tall tube socks... best concert ever! i drove 17 hours from the outer banks of NC for that :)
Yeah, so I think it would be great for people to be smiling... I mean, it IS Christmas season, Jesus was born...but I feel like the no smiling look is so nice. I just think it leaves more room for creativity than big grins. But anyways, I drove from Spokane, WA to Salem, Oregon (like 7 hours!) for their concert, and it was the most enjoyable concert I have ever been to! And hey, I have been to about 100. Yeah, and the track shorts, tube socks, shades, and sweet polos were fabulous!! Seriously, that was the coolest thing I had like ever seen. I actually wasn't sure if it was them until they started singing either. Nice touch. Oh yeah, I like how the lead singer isn't always front and center in the pics to. To me it really seems like it's more about the whole band as a unit instead of just a front man. So props with that. :)
You guys are one of the major pieces of evidence that there is a God! King David said, "I am fearfully & wonderfully made". So is the music y'all bring. Same Creator! Please keep letting Him do what He does with you. God Bless & Merry Christmas.
I thought the same thing, with the smiles. But whatever, it may be a bit secular of me, but the guys are hot, smiles or not.
And I saw them for the first time ever at soulfest this year. The outfits really were the talk of the festival, and I really didn't know for sure it it was the band either until they started singing. Then to see them dressed in normal casual wear at the encore preformance that night, it was a bit funny, and it was espically funny to hear them make fun of themselves.
