Music Builds Tour 2008

Hey all –

Just taking a quick break from the studio (we’ve begun recording a new album this week!) to tell you about some exciting developments in the Jars World.

We’re looking forward to this late summer and the opportunity we have to join the Music Builds Tour! We got to know the guys in Third Day and Switchfoot during our travels and know that they care deeply about making a difference beyond their music, and this makes it all the more interesting to be on the tour. We’re partnering with Habitat for Humanity on the entire run and we’re excited to see how it inspires us along with all those that come out to the shows. You might even see some of our Blood:Water folks out and about too!

Also to mention, the incredible pedal steel player Robert Randolph will be playing as well. It’s going to make for a ridiculous night of music so come early (we’re kicking off the show), enjoy the evening, and say hello :) Look for some live performances of the new music we’re working on too!

Good times,

Stephen

sweet!

Well then I'll see you guys in Houston! WHY you guys aren't headlining is beyond me... but if you go first I guess that'll give you time for a meet-and-greet... right? Riiight, guys?! :)

New album and new tour... seriously excited.

Is it just me or are you pumping this album out really fast? (NOT that I'm complaining!)

Peace, love & music

Great Concert News!

See you at Nissan Pavilion!

I agree with a previous reply....you guys are headliners. Your music top to bottom is the best i have ever heard. I think the fact that you all collaborate on writing every song is a large reason your music is special. And I realize that the biggest reason your music is so special is because you are giving the glory to the Lord.

BTW, are you all coming to Raleigh, NC? I saw it is listed on your myspace page but not on this page.

Also, how do i get your cover of the Cars song "Drive"? I can't find it anywhere.

Have a week full of blessings,

D

Would love to see you all!

Well, I am sitting here with my husband who has been a huge fan since he saw you in Cedar Rapids, IA. We would love to make it to Chicago in August, but it's a little bit of a drive and with gas prices...Anyway, any chance you will be playing in Cedar Rapids, or the Quad Cities (better yet!) Anytime? Soon?

New York?

I'm super excited about the tour, but are you coming to New York City? I know there is a show in New Jersey, but from where I live getting to the moon is easier than New Jersey.

Love you guys!
Lauren
